Soup Recipe Contest

Winter’s back and there’s nothing like a bowl of hot soup to warm you through and through.

Stop in Momma’s Diner & More, on Water Street in downtown Princeton, to savor the soups that their chefs will be serving over the next six weeks, selected from the recipes submitted for the library's annual soup recipe contest.

• Taco Twist by Becky Kuglin, to be served February 21 – 25
• Polish Sausage by Ruby Keller, February 28 – March 4
• Mushroom Barley by Becky Kuglin, March 7 – 10
• Creamy Reuben by Karen Hoelseth-Broekema, March 14 – 18
