Art Chair-ity fundraiser

The Princeton Public Library inherited fifty-plus dining room chairs from the Country Cafe.  They've sat around for awhile, but are about to return to active duty as part of fund raising efforts for the Princeton Public Library's future expansion.  Mary Pulvermacher, a summer library volunteer, has been busy "workin' at the chair wash," getting them ready for local artists and crafts people to turn them into chairs of art for the library's Art Chair-ity fundraiser.  If you paint, carve, mosaic, decoupage, weave, quilt, sculpt...please stop by the library to pick up a chair or two.  Your maschairpiece will be auctioned off at the library's fall gala Saturday, October 15.  For more information, please stop by or call the library at 920.295.6777 or contact Mary Elliott at Pastimes Books & Antiques 920. 295.4801
