Tails of the Fox River: Hands-on History for Families
July 20th 6-8pm
Step back into the 1600s and meet French voyageurs (fur trappers) traveling the Fox River. They’ll show you their furs, tools, and huge canoe. They’ll tell you about the Native Americans they’ve met, and how they live. Try on a costume, touch a fox and badger pelt, and see real artifacts from the past! This hands-on history program is great for kids, who will get to physically experience history as it actually happened.
