While the new remodeled and expanded library will not open to the public until the end of October, we know you are anxious to see how the project is coming. Which is why it is very exciting we are offering a SNEAK PEEK. Prior to the installation of furniture, carpeting and more, we are opening the doors the public. Stop by any time between 11-1pm on Saturday September 21. Participants will be given to the chance to sign the cement floor as well marking their contribution to the project. Bring your family, have lunch downtown and see how the library is shaping up.
Our library is currently under construction for a remodel and expansion project. We are doubling the size of our old library. Just look at this beautiful rendering. We hope to be in our new library in early October. Until then the library is being housed in a temporary location at St. John's Lutheran School at 227 Harvard St. Enter on the Clinton Street entrance. Donations are still being accepted for the project. We are trying to raise the last $75,000. Checks can be mailed to Princeton Library PO Box 234 Princeton WI 54968
We have begun construction. After many many years of planning and fundraising, we have finally begun the library's expansion and remodel project. The construction should last from now until mid-September. We are still accepting donations, especially for new furniture and shelving. Donations online can be made here: https://www.oshkoshareacf.org/fund/princeton-public-library-expansion-fund/
We will update this library expansion blog as new things develop. Thank you for supporting up throughout this process.
