Join us from 2-3pm at the library for one-on-one instruction and help with tech topics.
There is no fee for any of these classes.

Thursday, October 3rd, 2-3pm: Facebook for You
Learn how to share photos, create group message chats, and post something for sale on Marketplace. Learn the difference between a group, a page, and your feed. Learn about the most common Facebook scams, and how to avoid them.

Thursday, October 10th, 2-3pm: Facebook for Organizations and Businesses
Learn how to reach more people with your posts, events, and fundraisers. Learn the difference between pages and groups, how to schedule posts for future dates, how to boost a post, and how to let other people post on your page without taking over.

Thursday, October 17th, 2-3pm: Learn to Create on Canva
An overview of the internet's hottest tool for making flyers, posters, videos, social media posts, and more! Microsoft Publisher will no longer be supported after October 2026, so let's start to learn some new tools.

Thursday, October 24th, 2-3pm: Buying and Selling Scams
Can you trust Paypal, Venmo, or Stripe? Is it safe to shop or sell on Temo, Etsy, or eBay? How can you make sure that the people buying or selling on Facebook aren't ripping you off? Learn how to avoid common scams and keep yourself safe.

Thursday, October 31st, 2-3pm: Drop-in Tech Help
Get one-on-one help with any questions you might have! Bring your tablet, laptop, smartphone, digital camera, and other devices, or use one of our computers.
