The Friends of the Library have their monthly meetings on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:30pm. The Friends always welcome new members; all those interested in supporting and promoting the library are welcome to join.
The Friends support four big fundraisers a year:
The Book and Bake Sale held on the second Saturday of May;
The Food Booth at the Flea Market, often held in July;
A Christmas Sale from Thanksgiving until Mid-December;
And Cookie Sale on the second Saturday of December.
Funds raised by the Friends are given toward library's needs, from training, to programming, to computers.
