Caregiving for Dementia Presentation

Lisa Zimmerman from the Aging and Disability Resource Center will give a presentation designed to help the caregivers of local residents who have dementia on Wednesday, July 14th from 5:30-6:30pm.

We want to help adult caregivers and the children of aging parents recognize and respond appropriately to symptoms of dementia. Learn how to re-direct dementia patients who are fixated on an idea, how to comfort them when they are anxious, and ways you can avoid burnout.

This program is free, but you MUST RSVP by calling Lisa at 920-294-4070 or emailing lzimmerman@greenlakecountywi.gov.
