Please consider helping a child in need this Christmas.
The Salvation Army Angel Tree program helps provide Christmas gifts for hundreds of thousands of disadvantaged children around the country each year. Christmas wish lists from children in need are shared on "angel trees" at locations around the state. Each tree has gift tags. Each tag has a request from a child in need, as well as the child's age, sex, and size.
Donors in the community are encouraged to take a tag, and purchase something that will fulfill that child's wish.
Please donate only NEW and UNWRAPPED items.
Later, the gifts are distributed to the child's family to place under their family Christmas tree.
The Salvation Army collects necessary information to determine qualification for participation in the program. The Green Lake County social services department collects and distributes the gifts.
Our angel tree will be here until December 2nd. Please drop off gifts before then.
Due to a large number of requests from families for hygiene supplies, there will also be a drop-off box for these.
Please consider donating NEW, UN-USED body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, loofahs, etc.
