Celebrate Laura Ingalls Wilder's 155th birthday with us! Join us on Saturday, February 5th from 1-4pm. This free, family event will have lots of fun activities!
Laura Ingalls Wilder was a real person who wrote the beloved semi-autobiographical fiction books "Little House on the Prairie," "Little House in the Big Woods," "Farmer Boy," and many more.
Try some pioneer treats, do a Little House craft, and see pioneer artifacts from the early 1900s brought by the Princeton Historical Society!
From 1-2pm, teacher Sarah Geisthardt will do a presentation on her family's trips to the real Wisconsin locations where Laura once lived. She will also do a reading from one of Laura's books.
At 3pm, we will also hold the drawing for our Read to Win raffle for kids. More info on that is available here: https://www.princetonpublib.org/node/927
